Responsibilities: • Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract Qualifications: • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • A proven record of sales experience and success • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
