PMI Rental Link in Florida is seeking a Leasing Services Coordinator to guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in. You’ll conduct property tours, follow up with applicants, prepare leasing paperwork, and support current residents with their needs.

This full-time role rewards organization and customer service, with duties including managing leads, coordinating applications, renewals, and move-out processes. A Florida real estate license and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license required.
• Residential leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to learn multiple software platforms and maintain electronic records.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Comfortable conducting property showings and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental leads, schedule showings, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through applications, lease signing, and move-in coordination.
• Manage lease renewals, including resident communication and inspections.
• Coordinate HOA/condo applications, approvals, and leasing requirements.
• Assist with move-outs, inspections, turnover, keys, and marketing photos.
• Support resident inquiries and office needs, including payments and document processing.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate issues to management.

About the Role

At PMI Rental Link, we’re a locally owned and operated PMI business helping people find a place to call home. We’re looking for a Leasing Services Coordinator to guide prospective residents from their first inquiry through the application and move-in process. You’ll give property tours, follow up with prospective residents, prepare accurate leasing paperwork, and help current residents get the support they need. We’re looking for someone who can create a welcoming experience while staying organized, following leasing policies, and helping the community maintain strong occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental leads, schedule and conduct accompanied showings and follow up with prospective residents.


• Guide applicants through application requirements, lease signing, and move-in coordination.


• Manage lease renewals, including resident communication, documentation, signatures, inspections, and deadlines.


• Coordinate HOA and condominium applications, approvals, and leasing requirements.


• Assist with move-outs, property inspections, turnover coordination, keys, and marketing photos.


• Support routine resident questions and local office needs, including payment handling and document processing.


• Maintain accurate records and communicate issues requiring management attention.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license required.


• Residential leasing, property management, or related experience strongly preferred.


• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage office and field responsibilities.


• Comfortable learning multiple software platforms and maintaining electronic records.


• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally with clean driving record.


• Ability to walk properties, navigate stairs, and conduct showings and inspections, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Compensation & Schedule

Full‑time salaried position with a lease‑up bonus structure. Salary and bonus details will be discussed during the hiring process. A company vehicle is provided for authorized business use. Occasional appointments outside regular office hours and limited after‑hours backup availability may be required.
