Job summary

The PMI Rental Link is seeking a Leasing Services Coordinator to guide prospective residents from inquiry to move‑in. You will give property tours, handle applications, prepare leasing paperwork, and coordinate move‑ins while upholding leasing policies and a welcoming community experience.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple software platforms. A Florida real estate license is needed and a company vehicle is provided for authorized use.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license required.
• Residential leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage office and field responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally with clean driving record.
• Comfortable learning multiple software platforms and maintaining electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental leads, schedule and conduct accompanied showings and follow up with prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through application requirements, lease signing, and move-in coordination.
• Manage lease renewals, including resident communication, documentation, signatures, inspections, and deadlines.
• Coordinate HOA and condominium applications, approvals, and leasing requirements.
• Assist with move-outs, property inspections, turnover coordination, keys, and marketing photos.
• Support routine resident questions and local office needs, including payment handling and document processing.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate issues requiring management attention.

About the Role

At PMI Rental Link, we’re a locally owned and operated PMI business helping people find a place to call home. We’re looking for a Leasing Services Coordinator to guide prospective residents from their first inquiry through the application and move-in process. You’ll give property tours, follow up with prospective residents, prepare accurate leasing paperwork, and help current residents get the support they need. We’re looking for someone who can create a welcoming experience while staying organized, following leasing policies, and helping the community maintain strong occupancy.

Compensation & Schedule

Full‑time salaried position with a lease‑up bonus structure. Salary and bonus details will be discussed during the hiring process. A company vehicle is provided for authorized business use. Occasional appointments outside regular office hours and limited after‑hours backup availability may be required.
