Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sales Analyst to join our Chicago Occupier Advisory team, supporting one of CBRE's largest U.S. markets. This is an early-career, analytical role focused on growing in commercial real estate.

You will partner with sales leadership, brokers, Research, Marketing, and Operations to improve business development, pipelines, data quality, and technology adoption, while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the market database of client pursuits and brokerage team pipelines; track history and progress, and report updates to leadership.
• Ensure business plans, pipeline reports, prospecting strategies, and dashboards are accurate and completed on time.
• Prepare materials and engage in market meetings and broker debriefs to support the sales process.
• Partner with Research and Marketing teams to support business development reports and materials.
• Act as the local Salesforce expert, assisting brokers, support staff, and management in full Salesforce utilization.
• Learn, support, and drive adoption of other broker technology tools and systems.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
