Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one-year related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits.
• Maintain an availability report and process applications with credit checks.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins with resident orientation.
• Assist in maintaining a social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction by resolving questions and service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely responses to requests.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Six months to one-year related experience and/or training
