Qualifications

• 10+ years in leasing, revenue management, asset management, or related real estate functions.
• Proven ability to drive leasing and revenue across multiple assets, including new developments.
• Deep understanding of pricing, concessions, preleasing, marketing, and revenue management.
• Experience directing third‑party operators to align with ownership strategy.
• Strong analytical and market research skills to evaluate supply, demand, and rent trends.
• Experience supporting rental income budgets, business plans, and investor reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translates data into insights.
• Able to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Set leasing strategy for new development deliveries including targets and velocity.
• Provide direction to operators and asset managers on pricing, concessions, and sales tactics.
• Monitor preleasing performance, traffic, lead conversion, and leases to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead analysis of rent performance against budgets and business plans.
• Develop annual rental income budgets and revise plans based on market intel.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and revenue effectiveness to inform adjustments.
• Prepare data-driven portfolio reports for senior leadership and investors.
• Lead and coach the Assistant Director of Leasing & Revenue; build a high-performing team.
