Qualifications

• Over 10 years in leasing, revenue management, asset ops, or related fields.
• Proven ability to guide leasing and revenue across multiple assets, including new developments.

Responsibilities

• Set leasing strategy for new development deliveries, including velocity, occupancy, rents, concessions, and revenue targets.
• Lead analysis of rent performance against budgets and market conditions; adjust pricing accordingly.
• Evaluate marketing performance and align campaigns with revenue goals.
• Provide market intelligence to asset management, development, and investment teams.
• Prepare portfolio-level reporting for leadership and investors; track budgets and goals.
• Manage and coach the Assistant Director of Leasing & Revenue; establish KPIs and workflows.
