You will greet and tour prospects, present the community, manage leads, and complete leasing paperwork. Responsibilities include resident communications, handling service requests, and ensuring move-in readiness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, qualify needs, and present the community and apartments.
• Highlight features, amenities, and benefits to support leasing goals.
• Proactively manage leads, document tours, and complete leasing paperwork accurately.
• Review notices to vacate and strive to retain residents.
• Answer inquiries from prospects and residents in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and promote goodwill among residents and coworkers.
