Job summary

Gates Hudson is seeking a Leasing Consultant for one of our residential communities. You will greet and tour prospects, present the community, and drive leasing goals with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include managing leads, documenting tours, and handling move-ins/move-outs while maintaining a clean, tour-ready office and strong resident relations. Weekend availability is required to maximize prospect tours and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and residents.
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents and present the community and available apartments.
• Highlight apartment features, amenities, and benefits to support leasing goals.
• Proactively manage leads, document tours, and complete leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Address resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a tour-ready leasing office, model units, and common areas.
