Job summary

Tipton Asset Group in Houston, TX is seeking an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants. The goal is to help potential renters become residents and maintain high occupancy.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, conducting tours, daily follow-up with prospects, preparing leasing forms, and collecting payments. Requirements: High School diploma/GED, at least one year of leasing experience, and working knowledge of property management software OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent.
• Have working knowledge of property management software, OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service.
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units.
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants.
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments.
