Job summary

TIPTON ASSET GROUP seeks an efficient Leasing Agent in Arlington, TX to present and lease properties to prospective tenants. You will be the friendly face of the management office, helping residents and potential renters, and driving occupancy.

Responsibilities include tours, daily follow-ups, and processing leasing forms with payments. A High School diploma and at least one year in leasing are required; OneSite knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of leasing experience.
• Working knowledge of property management software (OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Meet with prospective residents and give unit tours.
• Follow up daily with prospective tenants.
• Prepare leasing forms and collect payments.
