You will greet prospective residents, coordinate tours, conduct leasing paperwork, and supervise on-site staff. This role emphasizes customer service, sales, and attention to fiscal performance to uphold Redwood's standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year management or leasing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to source off-site potential residents and market effectively

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospective residents and showing properties while promoting the Redwood brand.
• Answering phones and emails promptly, handling inquiries and leads.
• Complying with leasing agreements and resident paperwork.
• Developing sales strategies and closing leases for apartment homes.
• Maintaining knowledge of neighborhood pricing and promotions.
• Monitoring market conditions and suggesting improvements to leadership.
• Overseeing on-site staff and assisting in hiring and scheduling.
• Preparing weekly reports and resident communications.
