Responsibilities

• Provide tours of available apartments and answer prospects' questions.
• Manage the leasing process from application to lease agreement.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address resident concerns.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract potential residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update CRM with prospect information.
• Collaborate with property management to maintain the property.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws during leasing activities.
