Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous on-site property management experience required.
• Excellent leasing, sales, and customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computers; YARDI experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to walk property and climb stairs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations by leasing apartments to qualified applicants.
• Review lease agreements and community rules with new residents.
• Coordinate resident events and maintain resident relations.
• Accept and track service requests and follow up on maintenance.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
