Job summary

Arlington Properties is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for our apartment community in Greenville, SC. You’ll support the Community Manager with leasing, operations, and leading a small team to deliver excellent resident experiences.

You’ll handle rent processing, resident relations, event planning, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while developing leadership skills for future roles within Arlington Properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in leasing, sales, or property management preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations
• Serve as a role model to peers and uphold high standards
