Job summary

Hamilton Point Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, qualify leads, and prepare lease documentation.

You will maintain records, generate weekly leasing reports, and ensure move-in readiness, while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding community standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient computer and email skills; experience with on-site accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Qualify prospective residents and convert traffic to tours.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and weekly leasing reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate with maintenance.
