Job summary

EDENS is looking for a leasing professional to source and execute leases with retail partners. Based in Dallas, you will be a pivotal member of the regional leasing team, responsible for leasing production across core properties, redevelopment and new development projects.

You'll work with the Regional Head and Leasing Executive to set goals, merchandizing strategy, and lead leasing execution while cultivating relationships with national and regional retailers.

Qualifications

• Retail leasing professional with 1-5 years of experience.
• Active Texas real estate salesperson license (required at minimum).
• Ability to execute in-line deals.
• Extensive existing network of national and regional retailers and industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and executing on a high volume of retail leases annually with national, regional and local retail tenants
• Develop dynamic, project-specific merchandising strategies to align vision and goals with Development, Investment Management and Marketing teams
• Continually build strong relationships with key retail partners
• Market analysis including competitive analysis and defining and breaking down trade areas
• Work across multi-functional teams to coordinate execution with Investment Management, Development, Legal, Marketing, Design, Construction Management and Property Management

EDENS is looking for a leasing professional who has extensive retail leasing experience, a broad network of retailer contacts, and can immediately perform on leasing production to source and execute on leases with retail partners.

Position Summary

Pivotal member of regional leasing team who holds responsibility for leasing production and performance of a portfolio of assets for existing core properties, redevelopment and new development properties. The position works directly with the Regional Head, Investment Manager and Leasing Executive to set strategic goals, merchandising strategy, and leadership in execution of leasing objectives.
