Job summary

Vest Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a given community in Williamsburg, VA. You will drive occupancy and revenue by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins.

You will also implement marketing plans, track leasing activity in the on-site system, and nurture relationships to maximize resident satisfaction and lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience is preferred.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite) is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications.
• Coordinate move-ins, credit checks, and lease signing.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize retention.
