Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative for our on-site property management teams in Chester, VA. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work with on-site staff to implement marketing plans, follow up with residents, and support lease renewals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in using internet marketing tools and social media.

Responsibilities

• Performs leasing activities in person to meet revenue/occupancy goals, including tours, applications, screenings, and move-in coordination.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance to address items.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs offsite marketing activities, referral programs, and online campaigns to drive traffic.
• Uses Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data for reporting.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and assists with leasing office readiness.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Supports lease renewals with timely letters, packages, and communication.
