Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager 2 for Maple Ridge, supporting the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of multifamily properties. Responsibilities include resident relations, financial operations, and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role offers starting pay at $19.50/hour with potential to earn up to $4.65 more per hour through commissions and incentives, plus a rent discount up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service mindset.
• Strong sales skills with ability to close the sale.
• Familiar with housing laws including Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments using proven sales skills.
• Advertise and market properties daily via social media and other platforms.
• Tour and present property and available units to prospective residents and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term resident relationships and address inquiries promptly.
• Maintain documentation of communications in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to implement a property marketing strategy.
• Maintain maximum occupancy and contribute to NOI budgeting goals.
