Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property management under the direction of the Property Manager. You will communicate with residents to ensure on-time rent payments and adherence to lease agreements.

Your day-to-day includes handling screening policies, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures while maintaining excellent resident service and knowledge of community details.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Explain policies related to screening qualifications and application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents and prospects.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid/late fees, communicate with residents, collect delinquencies, and enforce the lease.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and stay current on apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
