• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Perform rent collection and deposit accounting.
• Contact tenants about overdue rent and other urgent issues.
• Process evictions when necessary.
• Market the property and conduct community outreach to generate traffic.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Plan and coordinate resident functions on the property.
• Provide regular assistance to property staff.
• Prepare sales administrative reports (e.g., market surveys).
• Inspect vacant units to ensure market readiness.
