Job summary

Brookside Properties’ Grande at Indian Lake in Hendersonville, TN, is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our team on a weekend-only schedule. Work Saturdays and Sundays for 12 hours per week and earn leasing commissions in addition to competitive hourly pay.

Ideal candidates have customer service or sales experience and enjoy helping people find a place to call home. This role offers opportunities to grow within a growing property management company, with training and support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases.
• Assist with applications and lease documentation.
• Support resident needs and create a positive community experience.
• Keep model apartments and common areas presentation-ready.
• Assist with community marketing and resident events.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
