Alden Apartment Homes is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our team in Hixson, TN. If you enjoy sales, customer service, and a friendly environment, this role offers growth and a clear path to advancement.

You’ll greet prospects, tour properties, and explain leasing terms while supporting marketing efforts. Weekend availability is required, and training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Leasing, real estate, or sales experience is preferred – training provided.
• Customer service, hospitality, or retail background is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents; conduct property tours.
• Explain leasing terms and complete lease documents.
• Manage resident communications and maintain records.
• Prepare and maintain model units and vacant apartments.
• Support marketing efforts and build local partnerships.
