Atrium Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to own the prospect pipeline from calls to tours, driving conversions and new leases while delivering exceptional community engagement. You will coordinate move-ins, conduct tours, and process applications in a fast-growing Southeastern rental platform.

Minimum 6 months leasing experience is required; strong communication and team collaboration are essential. This role supports growth in ATLANTA and across Atrium’s regions.

Responsibilities

• Process lease applications, run credit checks, and track leads.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals to maintain occupancy.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Property Manager, an Atrium Leasing Consultant takes ownership of the prospect pipeline, proactively engaging prospects through calls, tours, and consistent follow-up to drive conversions and new leases, while delivering exceptional community engagement and supporting Atrium’s growth in the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Have complete knowledge of the apartment community and competition in the area
• Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs, and follow-up
• Greet customers and tour apartment community while listening to and focusing on customer’s preferences
• Demonstrate amenities, apartment homes, pricing, and close leases
• Process incoming lease applications, run credit verifications, track all prospective tenants, and follow up on all leads
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio as directed by Property Manager
• Prepare lease documentation and conduct lease signings
• Coordinate all move-ins, move-outs, transfers and lease renewals to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention
• Minimize vacancy loss by securing leases within 5 business days of move-out
• Generate prospect traffic through marketing efforts: community outreach, resident referrals, and property tours
• Shop the competition and assist with preparation of leasing reports and sales and marketing plans
• Assist Property Manager in achieving net operating income and occupancy goals
• Act in accordance with all fair housing laws

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 6 months experience leasing at a multi-family apartment community
• Excellent communication skills & great attention to detail
• Desire to work as a team with ability to work independently on occasion
• Experience with property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Tenant Turner, Knock, Property Meld, etc)
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Email, Gmail/Google Workspace, and social media as it pertains to marketing of community
• High school diploma (some college preferred)
• Excellent customer service and work ethic, a positive and energetic attitude, and passion for working with people!

• This is a commission-based sales/marketing opportunity - weekend shifts are required (flex time provided)
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver License
• High school diploma or equivalent (College education, CAM or ARM certification)
