Advenir Azora Living is hiring a Leasing Professional to join our Rincon, GA team. This full-time, hourly role focuses on leasing apartments, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping us achieve occupancy goals while nurturing positive resident relations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment, excellent communication, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

• Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and help retain residents while achieving occupancy goals.
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain positive community relations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the leasing team; weekend work may be required.

What You’ll Do:

As a Leasing Professional, you'll focus on sales and customer service, leasing apartments and helping retain residents. You'll be a key player on our team, building rapport with prospects, achieving occupancy goals, and maintaining positive community relations. Weekend work is required but comes with the opportunity for commissions in addition to your base pay.

What You Bring:

We're looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office are a must. Experience in a sales-focused role, preferably a prior leasing role, is also necessary. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with residents, vendors, and other team members.
