Job summary

Advenir Azora Living is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our Orlando team. This full-time hourly role focuses on leasing apartments, delivering exceptional resident service, and achieving occupancy goals in a dynamic property management environment.

You’ll build rapport with prospects, maintain strong community relations, and may earn commissions in addition to base pay. Weekend shifts are required. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office.
• Sales-focused experience is preferred; training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and drive occupancy goals while delivering excellent resident service.
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain positive community relations.

What You'll Do:

As a Leasing Professional, you'll focus on sales and customer service, leasing apartments and helping retain residents. You'll be a key player on our team, building rapport with prospects, achieving occupancy goals, and maintaining positive community relations. Weekend work is required but comes with the opportunity for commissions in addition to your base pay.

What You Bring:

We're looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office are a must. Experience in a sales-focused role is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate.
