Job summary

Advenir Azora Living in Port Wentworth, GA is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our property-management team. You will lease apartments, deliver outstanding customer service, and help achieve occupancy goals while building lasting resident relationships.

We seek candidates with 2–3 years in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Weekend work is required and commissions can supplement base pay.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment.
• Strong communication skills and organizational ability required.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is a must.
• Sales-focused experience is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and drive occupancy goals.

What You’ll Do:

As a Leasing Professional, you'll focus on sales and customer service, leasing apartments and helping retain residents. You'll be a key player on our team, building rapport with prospects, achieving occupancy goals, and maintaining positive community relations. Weekend work is required but comes with the opportunity for commissions in addition to your base pay.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office are a must. Experience in a sales-focused role is preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate.
