As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be the face of our community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring an exceptional experience for our current residents. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a welcoming environment where people love to live.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage and connect with prospective residents, showcasing our beautiful apartments and community amenities.
  • Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person interactions to maximize leasing opportunities.
  • Maintain a pulse on the market by researching local competitors and staying informed on pricing and availability.
  • Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including processing applications, verifying qualifications, and preparing lease documentation.
  • Coordinate move-ins and renewals, ensuring a seamless transition for our residents.
  • Plan and participate in resident events to create a strong sense of community.
  • Maintain an inviting office and tour path to provide the best first impression for visitors.
  • Utilize technology (CRM, Yardi, Microsoft Office) to track leads, leases, and resident communications.

  • A team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Someone with experience in sales, leasing, or hospitality (preferred but not required – we’ll train the right candidate!).
  • Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and leasing software.
  • A flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sales and/or Customer Service training required.

Workweek

The workweek is typically five (5) days per week, forty (40) hours per week, and may include Saturdays, Sundays, and at times, late nights past normal business hours of operation.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel, Yardi and Microsoft Office software.
