Job summary

Towne Properties in Lawrence Landing (Indianapolis, IN) is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive leasing success and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will conduct tours, handle inquiries, and coordinate move-ins with a focus on market-ready, welcoming communities.

The role requires 1+ year in multifamily leasing or related sales, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Yardi experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed, with a background check and drug

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily leasing or relevant sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
• Experience with property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
• Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on community engagement and customer service
• Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance required
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening if offered the position

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight amenities
• Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi
• Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications
• Ensure a smooth, seamless move-in experience and confirm property readiness
• Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacancies
• Support property bookkeeping, report generation, newsletters, paperwork, and administrative tasks
• Support administrative tasks, marketing efforts, social media, and resident events
