Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Brownsburg, IN. You’ll welcome prospective residents, showcase community features, and guide applicants through the leasing process to ensure a smooth experience.

As a key member of the team, you’ll build lasting relationships with residents, address inquiries, and help host events that strengthen community ties while using property management tools and MS Office to stay organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property.
• Showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home.
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it smooth and enjoyable.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging.
• Be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, leaving a positive impression.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to highlight our strengths.
• Help plan and host resident events that bring the community together.
