Job summary

Allegiant-Carter Management seeks a Leasing Professional for Renaissance at Galleria in Hoover, AL. This full-time role is the face of the community, delivering excellent service to residents and prospects while guiding lease decisions.

Responsibilities include leasing apartments within budget, following Fair Housing Standards, coordinating application reviews, preparing lease packets, inspecting units before move-in, and managing renewals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired)
• Previous customer service experience (Preferred)
• Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner

• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents
• Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
• Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
• Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
