Allegiant-Carter Management, a Carter Funds company, seeks a Leasing Agent for Retreat at Fairhope Village in Fairhope, AL. Be the face of the community, provide excellent customer service, and coordinate lease applications including credit and income verifications.

Qualifications

• Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired).
• Previous customer service experience (Preferred).
• Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartment in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
• Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
• Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
