Odin Properties LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our energetic property management team. You will focus on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and core community operations, delivering top-tier customer service to current and prospective residents.

The role requires enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment across marketing, leasing, and resident services.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ in multi-family residential leasing.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and/or Rent Café CRM (or similar) software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lease properties and manage showings with a professional demeanor.
• Support marketing initiatives to connect with residents and prospective tenants.
• Maintain accurate inventory of available apartments in property management software.
• Assist with maintenance service requests and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Post announcements, photos, updates, and event information to engage residents.
• Create/maintain a Facebook Marketplace presence for leasing.
• Develop deep knowledge of the community to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Real Estate Development and property management company is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our winning Team! The leasing professional is responsible for maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, resident relations, and functions of the community. The leasing professional should have very high energy and passion to make a difference in the lives of our future and current residents. Our team members strive to provide the best customer service experience to all clients and customers.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, associates, management, and guests.
• Greet visitors and present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner.
• Electronically distribute and follow-up on renewal notices to current residents.
• Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent in the property management software system.
• Assist with maintenance service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain marketing initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, photos, updates, and event information.
• Ability to create Facebook Marketplace account for leasing.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for residents or prospective residents.

Required Experience:
