Job summary

PEM Cedar Hill, TX seeks a Sales Associate / Leasing Professional to drive occupancy and revenue while delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact through move-in.

You will convert inquiries, conduct property tours, follow up by phone, email, and text, and apply consultative sales techniques to close leases, with a focus on goals and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong closing skills and customer relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, or similar property management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident retention and lease renewal efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
