Job summary

Pem Payroll LLC in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a motivated Sales Associate / Leasing Professional to drive occupancy and revenue at our properties. You will conduct engaging tours, convert inquiries into leases, and deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through move-in.

The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing deals. This full-time role requires a can-do attitude, weekend flexibility, and comfort using PM software to track leads

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong closing and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with PM systems (Yardi/Entrata/OneSite) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospect inquiries into qualified appointments and leases.
• Conduct engaging property tours of apartments and community amenities.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify needs and close leases.
• Meet and exceed occupancy, revenue, and leasing goals.
• Process rental applications and lease documentation accurately.
• Maintain prospect traffic, leasing activity, and resident data in PM software.
• Develop outreach marketing initiatives to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while complying with Fair Housing regulations.
