Southern Management Co. is seeking a high-energy Leasing Professional to maximize occupancy and elevate the resident experience in our Baltimore communities.

You will generate traffic, convert leads into signed leases, and conduct move-in orientations while maintaining strong community partnerships and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience with Yardi products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the leasing process from first point of contact to move-in.
• Generate prospect traffic and convert leads into signed leases.
• Follow-up with future residents who do not rent on first visit.
• Meet or exceed traffic, application, move-in, wait list, and conversion goals.
• Complete all leasing paperwork per internal QC processes.
• Inspect apartments and community for product quality.
• Conduct new resident move-in orientations.
• Contribute to community engagement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Leasing Professional to maximize occupancy and elevate the resident experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and performance targets. In this dynamic role, you will generate prospect traffic, convert leads into signed leases, cultivate community partnerships through innovative outreach initiatives, and deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Encourage and build positive relationships with all team members, customers, and vendors
• Manage the leasing process from first point of contact to move-in
• Execute follow-up plan for future residents who do not rent on first visit
• Meet or exceed traffic, application, move-in, wait list, and conversion ratio goals
• Complete all leasing paperwork and processes per internal quality control processes
• Inspect apartments and the community to ensure product quality
• Conduct new resident move-in orientations
• Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Sales aptitude with attention to detail
• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency utilizing the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related purposes
• Ability to demonstrate behaviors which cultivate a positive professional culture

What's required from you:

Pay Rate:

$17.50 - $25.38
