Strong customer service and property management knowledge are essential. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 DOE, with eligibility for the company benefits package and potential leasing bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience in property management.
• Lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with OneSite strongly preferred.
• Experience with Entrata Software a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the community and available units in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Schedule and conduct property tours with prospective residents, showcasing apartments and community amenities.
• Identify prospective residents’ needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Explain lease terms, policies, and rental rates to prospects and residents clearly.
• Secure commitments and complete leasing paperwork promptly and accurately.
