Qualifications

• Two to three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to market and sell the community.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and improving property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Support Managers in developing and executing annual marketing plans.
• Conduct daily follow-up with prospects; identify obstacles and work to close leases.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of property and market.
• Collaborate to set leasing goals and renewal programs to meet occupancy targets.
• Keep office, common areas, grounds, and model units clean and professional.
• Provide support by filling in for other team members and assist with after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure online presence is current and engaging.
