Asset Living is a fast-growing property management firm specializing in multifamily and affordable housing across the US. The Leasing Consultant will manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for affordable assets, including LIHTC and HUD programs.

Typical duties include showing properties, processing leases, managing prospect data, and supporting annual marketing plans. On-site work with regular attendance is required, with benefits as part of total rewards.

Qualifications

• On-site software proficiency required; basic computer skills essential.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; sign leases.
• Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and resident retention programs.
