Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Woodbury, MN to help residents find their ideal apartment home. You’ll greet guests, conduct tours, and build a welcoming community while meeting leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Previous property management experience in leasing or sales required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sales techniques and processes is a plus.
• Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays, plus Sundays on as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Apartment Matchmaker – greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour Guide with enthusiasm to showcase move-in-ready apartments.
• Resident Cheerleader – build trust and rapport with current residents.
• Leasing Rockstar – work with team to hit leasing goals while maintaining top customer service.
• Renewal Expert – assist current residents with lease renewals.
