Two Coast Living in Leawood, KS is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet, tour, and guide potential residents through the journey of selecting their new home. You’ll be the friendly face, turning inquiries into tours and ensuring a cheerful, stress-free experience from first hello to key handoff.

This full-time role offers base pay with commissions, a Monday–Saturday schedule, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Previous property management experience with leasing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour and showcase move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to foster a welcoming community.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve leasing goals while maintaining service standards.
• Assist with lease renewals and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
