Greystar is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator at a Santa Rosa Beach community. This role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to meet occupancy and revenue targets while delivering superior resident satisfaction.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness. The position requires adaptability, strong communication, and effective marketing execution on multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing and sales experience in multifamily properties.
• Strong customer service and resident relations.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospects; process applications and leases; coordinate move-in.
• Inspect units and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue growth.
• Implement marketing activities to drive traffic (online listings, referrals, employer outreach).
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal processes and timely signing of renewal documents.
