You will assist with applications and lease documents, maintain accurate resident information, and deliver friendly, professional service while supporting the onsite team in a busy, neighbor‑focused community.

This role requires five-day scheduling with Saturday presence; previous customer service, retail, or hospitality

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenities
• Build relationships with prospects and follow up on interest
• Assist with applications, lease documentation, and the leasing process
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
• Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming and professional community
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
