Job summary

Capstone On-Campus Management is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations at Towson University's Millennium Hall. This role oversees leasing, occupancy, delinquency management, and resident accounts with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 2–3 years in student housing or property management, with supervisory experience and in-office work Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in student housing operations or property management overseeing leasing.
• Supervisory experience of full-time staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to move and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be in-office 100% Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leasing process (online application) and inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries about leasing, move-ins, renewals, and occupancy issues.
• Enter resident data into Entrada and University Residential Systems.
• Coordinate re-leasing with transitioning residents and update records.
• Supervise Office Manager and manage payroll and training.
• Maintain occupancy records and coordinate room transfers.
• Submit weekly/monthly leasing, occupancy, and delinquency reports.
• Collect rent, provide receipts, and communicate due dates.
