You will assist clients via phone and email, bringing collaborative thinking to improve processes and tools. The position requires strong customer service, financial services experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 yrs of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 yrs of financial services/product experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills including multi-tasking and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day complex problems and research/execute complex transactions for a single site or smaller units.
• Support commercial clients within the Global Leasing division.
• Assist clients with questions or issues regarding leases and loans via phone and email.
• Collaborate to advance tools, technology and ways of working to serve evolving clients.
