Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Product Specialist II to provide analytical support to Global Leasing client teams, assisting in structuring and executing asset-finance transactions across diverse classes and markets. You will support pricing, modeling, and other analyses under guidance from senior members.

This role requires strong math, Excel proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Credit, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cash flow and financial modeling within a commercial banking environment.
• Strong mathematical analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and model review.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Accounting, Tax, Credit, Operations, Documentation, Finance, and Risk.
• Exposure to leasing, asset finance, or project finance is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of transaction economics through cash flow models and pre/post-tax analyses.
• Assist with pricing new transactions for hold and sell scenarios and related modeling.
• Help analyze cash flows and structures, escalating questions to senior members.
• Build knowledge of tax and other technical aspects of lease structuring and analysis.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal and external discussions.
• Prepare associated document schedules and pricing exhibits; review documentation as needed.
• Partner with Leasing team to provide analytical support for transaction review and approval forums.
• Identify, analyze, and work through commercial, structural, tax, and accounting issues.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Finance, Tax, and Operations on questions with senior guidance.
• Support development and maintenance of analytical models as needed.
