Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Operations Consultant in its Global Credit Operations group in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on day-to-day resolution of complex problems and research/execution of complex transactions for commercial clients, including leasing products.

You will assist clients via phone and email, bringing collaborative thinking to improve processes and tools. The position requires strong customer service, financial services experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 yrs of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 2 yrs of financial services/product experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and execution of complex transactions for a single site / business unit or smaller business unit(s). This role supports commercial clients within the Global Leasing division. Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions. Line of Business Description:
Global Credit Operations:

Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing and protection of credit offerings for business banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM), commercial and corporate clients as well as leasing and trade products. The Operations Consultant will work within the Commercial Leasing Client Services Department to assist clients with questions or issues regarding their leases and loans received via phone and/or email correspondence. Additional responsibilities include the resolution of complex problems including research and analysis work in a team environment.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 yrs of Customer Service experience
  • Minimum of 2 yrs of financial services/product experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Critical Thinking & analytical skills
