Job summary

Midtown Auburn at 1188 Opelika Rd, Auburn, AL offers a Leasing Consultant position at Preiss. You will handle day-to-day leasing and marketing operations for the property, maintain positive resident relations, greet visitors, and pursue leads to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities include welcoming prospects, following up in the leasing database, and executing marketing activities with local institutions. Excellent customer service and Fair Housing understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 1 year customer service and/or sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Understanding of Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: Answer calls, invite visits, greet prospects, follow up in leasing database, process guest cards.
• Marketing: Attend resident events, build relationships with universities and local businesses, promote events.
• Reporting/Administrative: Generate mailings, collect checks, file leases.
• Greet existing and potential residents; address questions promptly.
