Arcan Capital is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering a welcoming, service-driven experience across on-site communities. You will showcase properties, highlight amenities, and guide applicants through leasing and move-in while maintaining strong resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide property tours and respond to inquiries for prospective residents.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process and application steps.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-in readiness and apartment inspections.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address resident concerns.
